Change Management & Organizational Development Specialist
Ryan Stalker is a Project Manager at Williams Midstream, one of the nation's premier providers of natural gas infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from Cedarville University (Ohio) an M.B.A. in Oil and Gas Management from The Robert Gordon University (Aberdeen, Scotland), and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business (Industrial/Organizational) Psychology, with a focus on change management, from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
In 2011, Ryan was hired by Williams as an Operations Supervisor, where he supported a team of technicians during the construction and operation of four major facilities (more than 35,000 horsepower worth of new equipment). In 2014, he transitioned into his current role, where he leads strategic projects and acts as a senior advisor to local Operations and Technical Services Managers.
Prior to starting with Williams, Ryan was the Founding Director of Lackawanna College's New Milford Center (now known as The School of Petroleum and Natural Gas Studies). During his time as Director, the center grew from conception to its current seven-building campus in Susquehanna County, PA, and the first evolution of the college's Natural Gas Technology degree was developed.
